Hydroquinone is a white crystalline solid used in organic synthesis, as a photographic developer, and in dermatological treatments for hyperpigmentation. It is a potent reducing agent and antioxidant. It is also widely used as a polymerization inhibitor for vinyl and acrylic monomers, a stabilizer for unsaturated polyester resins, and an intermediate for rubber antioxidants. Available in powder form with a CAS number of 123-31-9, molecular formula C6H4(OH)2, and molecular weight 110.11 g/mol. Store at ambient temperature. Hazardous: signal word Danger. Molekula supplies Hydroquinone from research to bulk quantities with full documentation and ISO 9001:2015 traceability.
