LB Broth (Miller) is a nutrient-rich, general-purpose microbiological culture medium used for the growth and maintenance of a wide range of bacteria, including *Escherichia coli* and other enteric organisms. It supports colony formation and is commonly used in microbiological assays, quality control, and research applications. This dehydrated medium is prepared by dissolving 23.5 g in 1 L of distilled water, with a final pH of 7.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Store the prepared or dehydrated product at ambient temperature in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
