Antioxidant 5057 is an alkylated diphenylamine aminic antioxidant (benzenamine, N-phenyl-, reaction products with 2,4,4-trimethylpentene) that scavenges radicals to protect polyols, polyurethanes, elastomers and lubricants from thermo-oxidative degradation. It is a viscous liquid with a molecular formula of C20H27N, a molecular weight of 281.44 g/mol, and is stable at ambient storage conditions.
